ANDREW HAUTER
President
Andrew Hauter is an entrepreneur experienced at leading large teams to develop technically complex software systems that deploy on both private and public clouds. He is a recognized leader in the development of next-generation sensor processing systems and in exploring opportunities presented by the proliferation of sensors, fast computing, and new machine learning algorithms. His specialties are radar systems, software architecture, cloud computing, high-performance computing, microservice architectures, and agile DevOps. Andy's other passionate pursuits include hiking, flying adventures, travel, and trekking.
NEEL AGRAWAL
Chief Operating Officer
Neel Agrawal is the Chief Operating Officer with over 15 years of Intelligence Community experience in Mission Operations, System Engineering, Integration, Acquisition, and Program Management. He earned his BS in Computer Science and Industrial Management from Purdue, as well as an MS in MSIT from George Washington University. He started his career in the Intelligence Community at a large Aerospace company prior to joining ElementX 5 years ago. Since then he has grown the company as a premier SETA company with an unwavering reputation with talented employees that is unmatched. In his free time, Neel enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, climbing, or traveling.
STEPHEN CHEN
VP of Business Development
Steve is the Vice President of Business Development with 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community in operations, systems engineering, and large system acquisitions. Since joining ElementX five years ago, he has doubled the size of the company and created a new line of business in activity-based intelligence. Steve has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University and a M.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, and in his remaining free time he volunteers as a firefighter for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.
